GFI FaxMaker Online LOA downloads

• You have submitted and receive a successful verification that your numbers are portable
• Ensure you gather the correct LOA's for all your fax numbers to be ported
• Ensure you have collected a copy of your Customer Service Record, or the first page of your latest invoice from each of your current telephony providers
• In case of a high volume of ported fax numbers, please submit them in a separate file with the LOAs
• Review additional notes at the end of this page

Important notes:

• In most countries, a number port will be denied by the losing carrier if that number is part of a DID range
• If you wish to port a number that is part of a DID range please ensure you have contacted your existing carrier to confirm they will allow that number to be ported away from them.  If they confirm you can, please ensure you keep a record of the confirmation and the name and contact details of your carrier’s representative
• Number porting is not available in Italy.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that there are no open bills or open orders with the current phone service provider from which the number will be ported.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that there are no open litigations with the current phone service provider from which the number will be ported.
• Please ensure that there are no holds on porting your numbers due to exiting a timed contracts with your current phone service provider.
• If you have multiple carriers you will need to complete a LOA and provide a CSR for each carrier.
• GFI will contact you if additional information is needed.
